The hotel's location in the Old Quarter provided easy access to local hotspots, making exploration a breeze. the room, although a bit dated, offered a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff, notably Phuong Anh at the reception, were accommodating and went out of their way to assist, add a personal touch to the service. In terms of amenities, while some facilities like the air conditioning and shower pumps needed attention, the excellent service compensated for any shortcomings. the option for in-room breakfast, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi were convenient touches adding value to the stay. Memory Premier Hotel & Spa offers a good balance of comfort and affordability, making it a prudent choice for travelers seeking a budget-friendly yet decent accommodation option in the heart of Hanoi.
